Terms and Condition
Our wedding pies and celebration pies are all made to the customer's individual order. As all our pies are handcrafted the pies may differ in appearance from those shown on our website.
We require at least six week's notice for wedding pie orders. A 50% deposit is required to secure the order – the remainder of the balance will need to be paid seven days before collection. Once you have placed the order with us we will email the customer a completed order form, which will then need to be signed and returned to us confirming that all the details on the order form are correct. Any changes must be made at least two weeks before the event. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled four weeks before the event.
Stand hire – stand hire is charged at an additional cost as detailed on the website. £10 will be refunded once the stand is returned to us.
Boxes and boards- these are included in the final cost of the pies. We only recommend that stands are used for the heart shaped pies. Square pies will need to be stacked.
Decoration- the pies are supplied without decoration.
Delivery – we will deliver during business hours depending on staff availability. Please note that we do not deliver at weekends.
Collection – collection must be made from the bakery. It is the customer's responsibity to ensure that the pies are stored correctly prior to serving i.e. refrigerated. Customers will need to check with the venue if this facility is available.
