This old Lancashire favourite often found on the markets of Ashton, Oldham, Wigan and Bolton has made a comeback at Bradley’s. The cowheel is slow cooked to produce a delicious, mouthwatering gravy which is then added to our steak recipe.Voted one of our most popular pies in a customer survey (2010).
